- How can we reduce the amount of motor vehicle emissions?
- How does conserving electricity help reduce the amount of pollutants in the air?

- Look at the entire article. Write down each of the headings in the article, skipping a few lines in between each. (Hint, there are 5 main headings)
- For each of the sections under the headings, write the main idea for that heading.
- Write a 5 - 7 sentence paragraph summarizing the article using your main idea sentences.

- Which monitoring station did you use?
- What is the Air Quality forecast for the day (color and number)? Is there a health statement? (If so, what is it?)
- What are the two major air pollutants listed, and what are their scores for today?
- How could you use this real time data to help protect yourself from harmful air pollutants?
